With TRU-LINE VNC discussing your case with us in real time using VNC technology is easy. Just book a session with us by email or phone and the rest is a snap.


Using the latest secure internet technology we can access the digital models on your PC so we can discuss the case. You also have the option of  conversing via telephone or Skype  (VOIP). With Skype we are fully video capable so video communication is possible as long as you have a web cam. We will see exactly what you see on your computer so discussing the case in this manner is far more productive than conventional methods. Full Instructions below.

To begin a session with us we will supply you with a 12 digit invitation code by either phone or email.

How It Works

Next you will be asked if you wish to connect to TRULINE DENTAL. Click the “Download Now” icon and a small connection helper program will be downloaded to your computer. Run this program after it downloads ( its completely safe) and you will be then connected. Thats it!


PLEASE NOTE: This service is totally secure using 128 bit SSL encription and you will not be charged by any third parties in any way. TRULINE VNC will not harm your computer however, your desktop picture may be removed but only while you are connected.


This will work on a PC or a Macintosh Computer so please contact us if you require any more assistance with setting up this service.



For video communication we use Skype and our user name is trulinedental.

On the new page page click on the Green “Receive Help” tab and type in your invitation code we supplied you, tick the accept terms box and  then click “GO”.

Next click on the Copilot icon at the right and a new browser window will open. All the instructions listed below occur in the new open page.

You can access the Skype website by clicking on the icon to the left and get full instructions on setting up your Skype service.
